What we collect

We collect the order details you submit: pet stories, photos, email addresses, package choices, and delivery preferences. Payments are completed on the platform-hosted checkout; PawMelody does not collect card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to create, deliver, and support your order, and to improve the service. We do not sell your pet photos or personal information.

If you provide a recipient email for gift delivery, we use it only to deliver that gift and any files included with it. We never add gift recipients to marketing lists.

Keeping photos safe

Order photos are stored with the order production record and are accessed only for making and delivering your PawMelody. Contact us through your order email if you want your materials removed after fulfillment.
