Terms of Service

Custom Creative Work

When you order, you give PawMelody permission to use the details and photos you submit solely to create and deliver your custom song, video, and related files.

By submitting photos, stories, and details, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that they don't infringe anyone's rights or include anything unlawful. You're responsible for what you submit; we're responsible for what we create from it.

Delivery and changes

Standard delivery is generally 24–48 hours after payment. Rush timing and scheduled gifts are handled as selected at checkout. We may contact you if we need a clearer photo or detail.

Your Song, Your License

When you purchase a PawMelody song or video, you receive a lifetime, worldwide, personal-use license to your delivered files. That means you can:

• Download and keep them forever.
• Play and share them anywhere — social media, group chats, family gatherings, and memorial services.
• Include them in your own personal posts and videos; monetized personal channels are fine.
• Gift them to the person or pet parent they were made for, who receives this same license.

A few things the license doesn't include:

• Reselling or redistributing the song or video as a product.
• Using it in commercial advertising or as part of another business's services.
• Registering the composition with a copyright office or performing-rights organization.

How your song is made: PawMelody songs feature original lyrics written and edited by a real human based on the story you share, produced with licensed AI music tools under a commercial subscription. PawMelody retains the underlying rights needed to operate the service. We will never use your song or your pet's photos in our marketing or examples gallery without your explicit permission.

Referral and discount codes

Referral and discount codes are valid for new orders only, one use per code unless stated otherwise, and the referral program may be modified or ended at any time.
